What does trauma look like when you try to recall. Is it clear, well defined, or do you struggle to make sense of it all? When I look back at the memories its as if my brain has been forced to delete portions of the data over time, eventually rewriting a new story. Is this indeed how it works or is that the brain's way of protecting itself from itself.
