Who's really pulling the strings behind the scenes? Honestly, until now, I’m not sure I ever knew. But I can promise you, it wasn’t me. What’s worse is, I let it happen. I let the wants and expectations of others shape who I was and who I thought I was supposed to be. Then one day, the strings go slack. No one is steering you anymore. You’re left to make your own choices, and suddenly even the simplest decisions feel like war. When so much of your life was lived for others, how do you learn to live for yourself?
